You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.

I love working with people just like you
As a wife and mom of three ADHD and ASD individuals, I have first-hand experience with the challenges that you face. I want to help you understand that there is nothing wrong with your brain, and enable you to find the right environments, structures and systems to harness your potential.
Together, we'll use a variety of tools to identify what you REALLY WANT based on your values, strengths and passions. Then we can develop strategies to prioritize, organize, and take the necessary steps needed to achieve your goals.

It is my passion to help you understand that your brain is not “less than” others but is simply wired differently. Since the world is set up for the neurotypical brain, our challenge is to find the right environments, structures, and systems to harness its potential. Most individuals with ADHD are given a diagnosis and medication. We call this “pills but no skills.”
In coaching, we will work together to find YOUR individualized set of skills. Through reflective inquiry, positive psychology, mindfulness, and a strength- based mindset, I will help you to identify what you REALLY WANT based on your values, signature strengths, and passions. Coaching is collaborative. The agenda is generated completely by you and as your coach I provide a non-judgmental space for you to explore and realize your deepest potential.
In practice, what is looks like is me asking a lot of questions! Hopefully, many will be questions that you have never been asked before. Many clients are surprised by their own answers. I believe that the real gold is in those answers.

I meet most clients by Zoom, however I’d love to meet with you in person if you are in my area- !t’s up to you. I am located in the Princeton area of Mercer County NJ.
The frequency with which we meet will also be decided by you. I generally meet with new clients for an hour once a week, eventually moving to less time every other week as they gain confidence. However, some clients prefer a half-hour session twice a week. I am open to what works for you. The average amount of time that clients spend in coaching is generally 6-9 months. The goal is for you to internalize the coaching conversation and become your own coach!

I started my early career as an actor and then an arts educator. I hold a BFA from Ithaca College and a MA from New York University. I like to think that my experience as an actor and working with budding actors gave me a strong sensitivity to human nature and what helps people grow as individuals. I use my creativity and imagination to help my clients find theirs.
I also have a lifetime of experience in yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. I completed practitioner training in Life Force Yoga- Accessible Yoga for Anxiety and Depression. Many individuals with ADHD have extremely active minds that are difficult to calm. Where appropriate or desired I can help clients learn basic mindfulness and breathing techniques that help bring for peace and clarity to their lives.
My practical experience with ADHD is as a mother and wife of ADHD individuals. With my children (now 25 and 21) I have navigated the mine fields of an educational system that is often inhospitable to their brains and personalities. I also understand the spousal issues that come along with ADHD in partnership and marriage.
